This way, we can allocate the appropriate resources to address your needs effectively.
2. Avoid Chatting After Placing a Service Ticket
If you have already submitted a service ticket for your issue, please refrain from using GMS chat to follow up or provide additional details. Our GMS team is committed to responding to service requests in a timely manner, and using the chat for ticket updates can disrupt the process. Rest assured, your service request is in our queue and will be attended to in the order received.
3. Do Not Leave the Chat Room Unattended
We kindly request that you do not leave the chat room unattended for an extended period. If you initiate a chat and then step away for an extended period without responding, it can lead to delays in addressing your inquiry. To maintain efficient communication, please stay active in the chat until your issue is resolved or any necessary information has been provided.

GMS provides W2, 1099MISC, 1099NEC, 1098, and 1095 forms at prices lower than those available directly from distributors. We source these forms in bulk, ensuring compatibility with our software and offering cost savings to our clients.
To better serve our clients, GMS is pleased to announce a range of services designed to streamline your tax preparation process:
- Competitive Pricing: GMS offers W2, 1099MISC, 1099NEC, 1098, and 1095 forms at prices lower than what you would find with other distributors. We procure these forms in bulk, ensuring compatibility with our software and, most importantly, offering cost savings to our clients.
- All-Inclusive Pricing: When comparing our prices with other vendors, remember that GMS provides envelopes and includes W3 and/or 1096 transmittals at no extra cost to you, making our offerings truly comprehensive.
- Printing Services: For agencies that prefer professional printing or lack the necessary equipment, GMS offers printing services for W2, 1099MISC, 1099NEC, 1098, and 1095 forms. However, with the wide availability of these forms this year, more agencies can consider printing in-house.
- Electronic Filing: GMS can assist agencies in preparing electronic files in the required format for submitting W2, 1099MISC, 1099NEC, 1098, and 1095 information to the IRS, SSA, or local tax authorities electronically. Alternatively, clients can utilize our supplements like #400, #330, #804, or #425 to create their electronic files independently.
- Envelopes Included: Just as in previous years, all our forms come with the appropriate window envelopes. We believe that the convenience of using envelopes outweighs the challenges of self-mailers.
Here’s a closer look at the specific forms we will offer this year:
W2 Forms:
- W2 2-Up Forms: Ideal for agencies with ten or fewer employees, this 6-part form caters to those who need to submit the Federal IRS Copy A to the Social Security Administration. Each 2-Up laser W2 sheet contains filing information for two employees.
- Laser W2 4-Up Horizontal Forms: Designed for agencies with ten or more employees who must file with the SSA electronically, this 4-up horizontal version features four copies for one employee printed 8 lines per inch, making it compatible for electronic submissions.
1099 Forms:
- 1099MISC Forms: Our 1099MISC forms are available in 4-part (Copy A, B, C, & Copy1) for agencies reporting less than ten forms and in 3-part for those reporting ten or more forms, especially those mandated to file electronically. Each page comprises two forms and comes with window envelopes.
- 1099NEC Forms: Our 1099NEC forms are also available in 4-part (Copy A, B, C, & Copy1) for smaller agencies and in 3-part for larger ones, with window envelopes included.
1098 Mortgage Interest Statement Forms:
- 1098 Forms: These forms are available in laser format, featuring 3 forms per page. Like our other forms, we offer 4-part versions for agencies reporting fewer than ten forms and 3-part versions for those reporting ten or more, especially those mandated to file electronically. Window envelopes are included.
1095 Forms:
- Our 1095 forms come in 2 parts, one for the employee and one for federal reporting. For agencies filing ten or more forms, electronic filing is mandatory and can be facilitated by GMS using Supplement 425, or clients can request GMS to prepare the e-File on their behalf.

Arranging for GMS to Print W2s, 1099s, 1098s and 1095s
GMS continues to offer reliable printing service for all our valued clients . We understand the importance of hassle-free document management, so we’re here to make it easier for you. Here’s all you need to know about arranging for GMS to print your W2s, 1099s, 1098s, and 1095s:
Efficient Turnaround Time
When you’re ready for us to print your forms, simply reach out to GMS. Our dedicated team will swing into action, with a typical turnaround time of approximately one week from the moment we receive all the necessary files.
Streamlined Process
To get started, please ensure everything is in order using our handy checklist from our client resource page or help manual. Once you’ve verified your readiness, notify us, and we’ll promptly send you a secure request to upload the essential items and supporting documents. For detailed instructions on file uploads, you can refer to our Help Manual by searching for the topic ‘Uploading.’
Convenient Shipping
Once your forms are printed, we’ll dispatch them using the service specified on the transmittal form, ensuring they reach you securely and on time.
Electronic File Options
If electronic filing is your preference, we’ve got you covered. Organizations submitting 10 or more information returns are required to e-File, and we strongly encourage others to do so as well. GMS provides this service for a fee, regardless of whether we print your forms. Upon your request, GMS will prepare the requested e-File, and send it you for your submission. GMS does not submit e-Files on behalf of our clients. Additionally, we offer Supplements #400, #330, #804, and #425 for those who wish to prepare their own W2, 1099, 1098, and 1095 electronic files.
Placing Your Order
To place your order conveniently, visit our Tax Form Order page. We recommend placing all orders by November 30th to guarantee form availability and timely receipt of your requested forms. Please note that orders for blank forms received after January 1st will incur a late processing fee of $10.00.
Consider Ordering Extra Forms
We suggest ordering more forms than strictly required. This precaution can be a lifesaver in the event of printer malfunctions or data errors. Keep in mind that our bulk order quantities are based on client demand, so if you need to reprint forms for any reason, they may not be available at the original bulk price. Please note that GMS does not provide credit for any unused forms returned, as we cannot return the forms we’ve ordered and paid for.
