SUMMIT 2023 COUNTDOWN
RLSS now has Emailing Capabilities!
Did you know? RLSS now has emailing capabilities! In our revision released in December of 2022, we introduced the ability to email Acknowledgment Forms as well as invoices using the Loan Invoicing Supplement. Using this feature couldn’t be easier! As long as you have an email address set up in Loan Master, you can use this feature. You can email an Acknowledgment Form directly from within Loan Activity. Once you’ve entered the most recent activity, while it’s on the screen, click on the email icon at the top of the screen and your email will send automatically to the address on file in Loan Master.
Need to send more than one Acknowledgment form? No worries! You can go to Features, Acknowledgment Forms and run the report for all of the activity completed that day. Click on the email icon at the top of the screen and email all of the borrowers in one click of the mouse!
If you use the Loan Invoicing supplement, you can also email an invoice to your borrowers directly from the supplement. Once you have processed the report, click on the Reprint/Email Invoices tab, choose your cutoff date and click Email Invoice.

Summit 23 is Sold Out!
The highly-anticipated Summit 23 has officially sold out! If you missed out on the chance to register and would like to be added to the waiting list, please visit our website: Request a service call and complete your written request. We will notify you as soon as a ticket becomes available, and will offer it to you in the order received
GMS Service hours during Summit 23
Service will be provided during normal business hours 8:30am to 5:00pm ET for Monday, June 12th through Friday, June 16th. Please follow the normal practice of emailing service requests to service@gmsactg.com, placing a service call request through Contact, Support, and Request a Call on our website or calling our service number (800) 933-3501 and leaving a voice mail message.
The GMS Chat Room will not be monitored from Monday, June 12th through Thursday, June 15th and will re-open on Friday, June 16th, normal business hours, 8:00am – 4:30pm ET.
Note: Only one Service and Support Specialist will be handling service calls throughout each day during Summit, as other GMS Team Members will be involved in sessions or in the Software & Support Center. Because of this, we may not be able to meet the 2-hour deadline for return calls, so please be patient with us.
We hope this will not inconvenience your agency. Thank you for your patience and understanding for our schedule during the GMS Summit!
GMS Events App Release Update
The GMS events App will be released to the registered attendees on Wednesday May 24th. The GMS event App will include all information about the Summit, including Summit agenda, speaker information, transportation information, attendee listing and much more to help keep you informed .
Attendees will receive an email notification with the appropriate links for downloading and accessing the event application, to familiarize yourselves with its contents. Please note that you are required to use the email credentials you provided when you registered for the Summit. Be sure to download and check out what we have planned for you!
